近年来随着石油等能源的日益紧张和环境污染的日益加剧,天然气以其良好的燃料特性和丰富的储量成为世界公认的汽车优质替代能源之一。我国天然气资源比较丰富,国家开始逐步加大对天然气汽车的支持力度。本研究以中国重汽集团WD615系列国Ⅲ共轨发动机为基础,保持柴油机增压中冷、四气门的基本结构。燃烧方式则采用了稀薄燃烧、火花塞高能点火形式。为了适应新的燃烧方式,增强可靠性,对原柴油机的进排气系统、缸盖、活塞、活塞环、气门和气门座圈等零部件进行了重新开发。原柴油机的供油系统被美国EControls公司的电控燃气供气系统所取代。燃料控制方式为国际先进的电控调压器控制。通过稀燃技术和氧化型后处理器技术相结合的方式,以及燃烧系统、燃料供给系统、高能点火、进气系统和后处理系统的优化匹配与控制,实现了天然气专用发动机的高效低污染燃烧。

In recent years with the energy sources such as oil having become short and increasingly pulluting environment, natural gas is world recognized as one of the best substitute energy because of its good fuel characteristic and rich reserves. Our company has rich natural gas resource and has gradually supported the development. The project is based on State Stardard III WD615 common-rail engine, remaining turbocharging intercooling and four-valve of basic structure of diesel engine. Buring method is by lean-burning and spark plug high-energy ignition. In order to suit for new burning method and strengthen the reliability, original diesel engine’s components and parts including air intake and exhaust system, cylinder head, piston, piston ring valve and valve seat are re-developed. Fuel supply system of original diesel engine are replaced by electric control gas supply system of USA Econtrols company. Fuel control method is world advanced Electronic Pressure Regulator(EPR). By the method of lean-burning technology combined with post-oxidation processor technology and by optimizing and controlling the burning system, fuel supply system, high-energy ignition, air intake system and post-treatment system, natural gas engine has become high effect and low pollution. This production meets the policy “energy-saving & emission-reduction” and “sustainable development” and also meets the market demand. At the same time it supplies technology supports on improving independent development capability and core competitiveness of our country’s natural gas engine and heavy-duty vehicle powered by natural gas engine.
