明确了海湾扇贝幼体面盘解体病不是特异性的病原体所引发,而是幼体突发性死亡过程所表现出的症状,可由多种病原体所引发,发现的病原体有疱疹样病毒、需钠弧菌等弧菌属种类。据此提出相应的扇贝幼体面盘解体防治的技术对策是:获取健康高质的受精卵,阻断传染原,保障水质为主要措施。这是国内外首次关于扇贝幼体面盘解体病因的全面阐述和较完整的防治对策的提出。该研究发现海区养殖扇贝突发死亡的原因有养殖区赤潮、弧菌流行病等,发现了黑丽弧菌和哈氏弧菌等病原菌,并提出海区养殖病害防治对策,是从现状出发,通过加强水环境保护、养殖密度限制、结构和布局优化,保护养殖区物种的多样性和生态平衡等举措,实现养殖科技含量的提升。

The study found that the causes of sudden death of aquaculture Scallop in Shell culture area of red tide and Vibrio epidemics, discovered Vibrio harveyi as beautiful and pathogenic bacteria, and put forward the prevention countermeasures of sea aquaculture disease, is from the present situation, through the strengthening of water environment protection, breeding density limitation, structure and layout optimization, to protect the diversity of culture species and ecological balance and other initiatives, science and technology content of culture promotion.
